Grant Payment Terms
When a grant is awarded, LFCPF authorizes funds to be paid directly to the recipient organization at the start of the program or project. Depending on board discretion, half of the funds may be distributed initially, with the remaining half provided after the organization submits a satisfactory interim report midway through the project. A final report is required at the project’s conclusion.
Reporting Requirements
Grantees must provide both fiscal accounting and narrative reports detailing how the grant funds were used and the impact on the community. An interim report is required halfway through the project, and a final report upon completion. Specific reporting guidelines will be provided in the award notification letter.
